LuxLink® Return For Credit Policy
All standard products are returnable. Non-Catalog products and
customized products are not returnable.
We accept all returns of products in "reasonable" resalable condition; i.e. we
don't mind scratches but not taken apart, not modified, not driven over by your
truck or hit accidentally with 20,000 volts as part of a science project (though
the science project incident did make us laugh and we replaced the unit anyway.)

One exception to this time limit is if our LuxLink® product is
defective. In that case, we will accept a no charge return or replacement
for 90 days past ship date.
Get a RMA #
Please call for Return Material Authorization number (RMA#).
This number must be put on the box and packing list, otherwise the package may
be refused. After 30 days the RMA# becomes void, and any equipment
received after that original 30 days will be returned to the customer at their

Unless the product is defective, return freight must be prepaid. COD
returns without a return authorization number cannot be accepted.
